In 2157, siblings Lucas (15) and Gica (14), along with their bio-engineered Shih Tzu Thor, must escape from Agronomy Dome 7 on Mars after discovering their father's secret about an ancient Martian consciousness. Pursued by scavengers, they journey across the terraformed Martian deserts—through crystalline forests and buried archives—following electromagnetic trails to the Storm Eye, a perpetual maelstrom. Along the way, they uncover that Mars once hosted a non-corporeal civilization that embedded itself into the planet's magnetic field, and that humanity's terraforming is inadvertently awakening this ancient consciousness. The siblings must unlock this planetary secret to save their family and possibly all of Mars.
